Running the FIA the Jean Todt way

Jean Todt has issued a manifest describing how he would run the FIA should he be elected, which I might add is a near certainty after Ari Vatanen made a stupid error accusing Jean Todt and Michelle Yeoh of abusing the perks that come with his FIA position.

Nevertheless Jean proposes the following:

1. A Disciplinary panel replacing the World Motor Sports Council for hearings – hopefully Max Mosley nor Charlie Whiting are not on the panel

2. A Review of the stewarding system and to establish training courses for people wishing to become stewards – maybe we’ll get better decisions this time -just please don’t involve Alan Donnelly.

3. Most interestingly, A Commissioner for each of the FIA’s world championships to handle the operational aspects – again another sensible move allowing Jean Todt to distance himself from F1. Could Max or Alan be part of that F1 commission?
